Principal-in-Charge for the renovation and expansion of the 4,00 square meter Ballantyne Pier Shed No. 1 Building on the Vancouver waterfront.  Special care was taken to preserve and renew the heritage front façade as well as the original board-formed concrete structure on the building’s interior.  The building program includes an operations control center, offices, meeting rooms, locker rooms and cafeteria facilities.
