Multi-year on-call contract to carry out a series of improvements to the 30+ year old Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel and its four associated stations.  Improvements involved facility assessments, feasibility studies, and detailed design.  Scope of work focussed on improving safety and overall passenger experience, and included the detailed assessment and refurbishment of all 19 elevators and 36 escalators at the tunnel stations.
