Project Manager during Schematic and Design Development Phases for this 30-story apartment tower in Seattle’s historic Belltown neighborhood.  The project is intended to provide a welcome alternative to the ubiquitous look-alike apartment buildings being constructed in Seattle.  A central focus of the design is to not just create amenity spaces for tenants on upper floors, but to create a ground floor level that engages the city and promotes activity.
