Airport Improvements Program

CDN $250 million terminal expansion and renovation.  The improvements program included two new retail/concessions halls, a new 11-gate concourse, a new 12-gate regional commuter facility, new ticketing and baggage claim halls, and expanded customs and immigration facilities.
